**Social Worker
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Social Worker who can assist them on an interim basis.

The successful applicant will complete social care outcome focused assessments, and reviews of needs for adults living in their homes in the community,care homes, supported housing schemes and supported living units.


Rate:
£28 per hour PAYE (negotiable dependent on experience)


Duration: 3-6 months initially with likelihood of extension

**Role Responsibilities: - Completing Mental Capacity Assessments and best interest decisions in line with the Mental Capacity Act 200- Completing Court of Protection Documents as part of assessments when required

  • Identifying safeguarding and undertaking section 42 safeguarding enquiries and following the guidelines as outlined in the Care Act 201
  • Managing a caseload and dealing with complex cases
