Salary:
Hourly pay equates to £45,000 - £50,000 inc OT (depending on experience)

Job Type:
Permanent, Full Time.

Working Hours:8am - 4.30pm (40 hrs per week with additional overtime crucial to the needs of the business)

The Company:

At ESM we manage the design and build of exhibition spaces to create an engaging and memorable stand for our clients and their brand.

All work is undertaken in house at our Kent headquarters by our experienced team who have been working on exhibition standsand trade fairs for a number of years, bringing both expertise and the latest trends to every project.

The Position:

We have positions available for project leaders, experienced in joinery and advanced carpentry techniques including finishing such as laminating and veneering, who would be able to lead a job installation on site with some experience in events and exhibitions.

Note:

Site Construction/Site Carpentry experience only is not sufficient/relevant to our works and applicants with such experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing joinery for exhibition stands.
Manufacturing joinery for domestic settings.
Constructing and finishing units/displays and walling to a high standard, including laminating and veneering.
NVQ Level 2 in Bench joinery or similar is required as a basic standard.
Should be competent in construction of units, counters, stock walling, and ideally laminating.
You should have a passion for constructing things in timber and MDF, and take great pride in your work.
