Do you have business support management experience, and are you seeking a new job in London? Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator, and the role comes with an attractive benefits package, including a salary of £29.962 p/a.

This role is hybridworking office based near Canary Wharf 3 days per week and 2 days per week from home.

As a Senior Administrator, you will support the CEO, Company Secretary and wider business to deliver effective and varied business and administrative support for the company.

This includes responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the company's officesand directly supporting the CEO.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Manage the office in liaison with the building manager and other third-party providers
Procure office facilities and meeting space on and offsite, effectively managing expenditure within agreed budgets
Support the CEO and other members of the Executive Team with arranging and planning meetings and events
Support diary management and ad hoc tasks and projects in line with CEO and corporate priorities.
Experience reporting directly to senior management or similar
Demonstrable knowledge of office administration, office management and business support services
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,SharePoint, Teams)Experience working within an Office/Business support team in a busy environment.
