Accounts Assistant

What will your role look like?

  • Generating the companies sales invoices from the CRM and workflow management programmes
  • Liaising with customers regarding prompt payment of general accounts receivable queries
  • Prevantative debt chasing
  • Primary Accounts Payable contact including supplier invoice data entry and compiling supplier payment runs
  • Staff expenses processing
  • Correcting misallocated expenditure
  • Producing financial reports as and when required
  • To generally assist with all other accounts related activities where necessary
