An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Senor Learning & Development Assistant to join us.


This brand-new role of Senior Learning and Development Administrator reports to our Learning and Development Manager and is an exciting, varied, and pivotal position within our Learning and Development Function.

We are looking to hire a well-organised, flexible person to join our team.

As well as your day-to-day role your responsibilities will include:


  • Resolve issues from internal and external customers.
  • Help to ensure that the Learning Management System always holds accurate information about all courses.
  • Support the wider Learning and Development team to compile narrative for input to quarterly KPI reports.
  • Help to prepare management information and reports and provide relevant recommendations for action.
  • Support with the corporate induction process ensuring all new starters are assigned the correct induction training.
  • Ensure that all face to face and virtual training sessions are run in line with correct procedures.
