Description

We are searching for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Lead to join a growing manufacturer in Blackburn on a permanent full time basis.

This business continues to go from strength to strength and growing rapidly having recently acquired some excitingcontracts

This position will be responsible for managing projects, installing new machinery, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment
  • Oversee maintenance projects and ensure they are completed on time and according to specifications
  • Ensure safety regulations are followed, and proper safety protocols are in place
  • Supervise, Grow and train staff on proper machine operation and maintenance
  • Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality parts and services
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience of Leading Engineers or an experienced Engineer looking to step up
  • Must have experience of machine installation
