Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Specialist to join our team. As a Property Management Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our properties. This is an administrative role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective tenants
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and movein/moveout processes
  • Conduct property tours for potential tenants
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate tenant records
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with rent collection and financial reporting
  • Support property managers with administrative tasks as needed Experience:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Job Types:
