The role


You're expected to contribute to geospatial teaching in one or more undergraduate or post-graduate teaching programmes within the school with the opportunity to develop new modules in geospatial data science at master's level.


About you


You should have strong expertise in geospatial data science with a solid background in advanced methods such as machine learning, AI or other quantitative methods and significant expertise in programming.

You should have ability to collaborate across disciplines with applied interest in one or more of the following areas, including but not limited to:

understanding cause and impact of global environmental change, impact of climate change on human health, modelling space time changes in environment and population.


You should also have experience in teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with a focus on geospatial data science or related courses.
