Are you a leader and mentor? Are you someone that likes to lead from the front and get your hands dirty when required?


Our client based in Leatherhead, Surrey, is looking for a seasoned salesperson within the tech industry to come in and lead the sales team.

Maybe you have had lesser sales management roles within a large organisation and are now looking to take the nextstep up in your career, if so, this is an incredibly exciting opportunity to put your skills to the test.


This role is one that offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to accelerate their career growth whilst working with one of the worlds most respected cloud service organisations.


The role:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, this consists of Account Directors, Pre-Sales, Business Development and Partner Management Teams.
  • Coaching sales skills and developing sales methods whilst supporting the team to achieve the collective and individual sales targets.
  • Creating growth within the existing client portfolio as well as overseeing key business prospecting
  • Managing the sales budget, pipeline, and forecasting whilst working closely with other key business areas to make sure there is synergy in figures.
  • Collaborate with other business areas and functions to make sure there is a fully aligned approach to all relationship management and customer satisfaction.

The person:

  • Experienced and seasoned sales professional with demonstrable experience in technology and/or cloud services
  • Enterprise sales into FTSE 250 companies experience is a distinct advantage, at the very least you will have sold into similarly large organisations.
  • Ability to manage customer and stakeholder relationships at all levels, driving consistent value with a customer for life mindset.
  • Ability to rapidly take on new concepts whilst being adaptable.
  • You will have experience of leading by example whilst enabling and empowering and inspiring staff to grow.
  • A strong communicator, highly visible, engaging, and have strong governance.
