CITY OF LONDON
ONSITE
£40,000 - £50,000
Our client, a highly regarded investment management firm with an international profile, is seeking a dynamic, proactive Team Assistant to join their busy team based in London.
The role:_
As the Team Assistant you will be responsible for providing extensive level of support to the Deputy CEO, Chief Investment Officer, International Equity and Business Services team.
- Provide support including efficient and accurate coordination and maintenance of the Deputy CEO & IEQ team's calendar and appointments
- Diary and meeting management Including coordination of team diary
- Providing full extensive support and managing international travel
- Assisting with making personal appointments, organising personal travel etc.
- Management of documentation and ensuring accurate record keeping
- Assisting with preparation of documents and presentations
- Efficient liaison with the EA Team & Reception Desk
- Reporting to the EA Team Manager and attending team meetings
- Providing back up support to colleagues where applicable
- Perform additional duties and other functions as may be required from time to time in order to assist in the business
Experience required:_
This role will suit you if you're an experienced Team Assistant with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally working within investment management, banking or equity markets.
As Team Assistant you will have:
- Good Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and forward thinking approach
- Friendly approachable personality with 'can do' attitude and willingness to put hand up and take on additional tasks.
- Organisation and Planning
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £50,000 with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis after probation.
