Team Educate are looking for support workers to work in a specialist SEND school.

Are you a support worker with a passion for helping young people? Are you keen to transfer your skills into an educational setting? Are you a support worker who wants to expand their skill set? If so, we want to hear from you

In our SEND school, you will be working closely with children with a range of specialist need.

The school has an Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Post 16 setting, and there are opportunities to work in one setting or across settings.

Main duties

Supporting the class teacher in delivering education to the children in their care.
Collaborating and offering consultation with the school team.
Responding to needs outlined in educational health care plans.
Delivering compassionate and effective interventions.

The school are looking for support workers as they believe they can transfer their skills and make fantastic SEND teaching assistants.

To be eligible for this position, you are required to have the following:
