Description

Company vehicles and tools are provided to carry out required tasks.

Responsible to:
Property Maintenance Manager

Main Duties:

General property repairs internal and external
Assist with the maintenance and refurbishment of properties
Compliance with relevant safety codes, regulations, and standards.
Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, while acquiring new skills and training.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and provide timely solutions.

You will Have:

Experience of hand / power tools operations
A strong background in joinery or roofing
Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Time management skills
