A leading design company with offices in Central London are looking to bring on a Commercial Lawyer with an interest in Design/Architecture on a permanent basis for a perm part-time position as their sole Legal Counsel - supported by their commercial team.

Our client is a UK company with a strong international reputation, and has worked on some of the world's leading architectural designs for cities in Europe, North America and Asia.

From skyscrapers to concert halls.
The company is looking for someone, who is happy to work 30 hours per week (4/5 days), and on a hybrid basis, with the following experience:

NDAs
Services agreements
MoU for partnerships
Subconsultancy agreements
Other contracts such as participation to conferences
General advice, covering: IT contracts, prelitigation advice, property/landlord and tenant advice, IP advice, general corporate advice etc.
Variation clauses
Payment clauses
Limitation of liabilities to our scope
Liquidated damages
Intellectual property rights
Communicationrelated clauses to control our name
Suspension and termination
Collateral warranties and novation agreements (mostly UK).

The expected range for this requirement is £80,000 - £90,000 per annum depending on experience and will be pro-rata'd to 4 days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step outside of private practice with a strong commercial law background and interest in the design/architecture field.
