Description

We have a great role at RES Group as an Admin Apprentice, you will be processing invoices, updating clients portals, dealing with incoming calls and so much more:

You will be working as part of a small, friendly, skilled and fun team in a relaxed office environment for an established firm, with great career progression and opportunities to advance into other roles.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Raising jobs and accepting jobs on Company portal.
  • Processing invoices on internal systems,
  • Managing engineer modules to ledger jobs
  • Raising POs for subcontractors and engineers as necessary
  • Monitoring and updating clients portals as necessary
  • Updating call records and logging jobs on system
  • Linking of works sheets, maintaining & updating client system,
  • Deal with reactive requests from client

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:


  • Confident and motivated individual
  • Friendly and willing to learn
  • Decent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Organised with great time management skills
