Are you a teaching assistant with Early Years' experience looking for a new role?

Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and diverse Primary School in Camden for an immediate start.

This is a long-term contract for the academic year with the view of the role becoming permanent.

You will be working in a nursery class providing support to the class teacher and preparing the classroom for lessons and activities.

You will be supporting a small group of children with speech, language and communication needs.

You will need to have excellentbehaviour management skills and be able to use your own initiative as well as work as part of a team.

As a Teaching Assistant for this role, you will have the following:

Experience of working in Early Years
Ideally a qualification in childcare, but not essential
Experience of working with SEND children
Possess excellent communication skills
Able to commit to a years' contract and/or wanting a career in education
Be ambitious and reliable
