Social Media Executive
Based in Newbury, West Berkshire (just off the M4/A34) MAXX is a marketing agency with a 25-year history working with many well-established UK and international companies across multiple sectors including, technology, education, healthcare, not-for-profit etc.
The role supports the Social Media Manager and Social Media Coordinator in the execution of social media management for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Content creation including graphics, video, captions and longer form content
- Scheduling approved content
- Liaising with the team on new content ideas
- Supporting the Social Media Manager with the execution of social media strategies including completing competitor research
- Monitoring new social media trends across all platforms
- Reporting on new trends and how clients can benefit from these
- Supporting the team with internal and external campaigns for our own agency promotion
Requirements include:
- Experience using key social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Basic video editing capabilities (Instagram Reels and TikToks)
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of tone of voice, and social media listening
- Proactive attitude and selfstarter
