Description
Panoramic Care are working exclusively with a fantastic care provider for adults with learning disabilities to find a Quality Business Partner based in the South and Greater London areas.
This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position, with an annual salary of up to £50,000 per annum.
In this role, you will be working alongside the Operations Director and Quality Manager to ensure that the quality of the care homes are in line with CQC standards and regulations.
To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Area/Operations Manager
- Experience of working in a care setting for adults with learning disabilities or autism
- An understanding of quality, compliance and commercial needs for residential care services
- CQC registration history, with a rating of 'Good' or above
- NVQ Level 5 minimum
