A position has arisen for an experienced travel consultant to join our friendly team selling all aspects of travel in an established and expanding travel agency/call centre located in Leeds.

Retail Admin
- invoicing, ticketing and customer correspondence

Marketing duties including developing a loyal customer base through various customer retention methods including customer call outs, mail shots, and the regular update of social media pages

Offer a service that is focussed on selling through excellent use of product knowledge and matching to customer needs

Deliver sales targets by maximising profit and potential sales opportunities at all times whilst offering and exceptional and personal service


Experience required
Sales experience of at least 2 years gained within a similar travel sales role

The ability to work to and focus on sales targets

Strong attention to detail and to be able to work in a busy environment working under pressure

PC literate and the ability to use reservations and website booking systems and to download and process bookings

Salary:
£20,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
