General Purpose of Role


The Administrator will be responsible for the day to day administration and co-ordination of all office based activities to ensure all contract requirements are delivered in full.

To utilise several pieces of software to transact and fulfil the requirements of the department and clients.

Material sourcing, project planning and invoicing must be completed in an accurate and timely manner to be successful.

Staff co-ordination and timesheet compilation are required weekly and information provided to all stakeholders. The administrator will support other business functions as appropriate.


Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organise, and store information in paper and digital form. Ensure all administrative based activities are completed in a timely, safe, and accurate manner. Ensure all staff are compliant to work and all staff related information is complete and accurate.
  • To understand departmental KPI's and use them to drive performance and identify improvement. Regular monitoring of the data to ensure these KPI's are met daily.
  • Weekly timesheet compilation. Utilising multiple systems, compile weekly timesheet that accurately capture working hours of all staff members. Create weekly breakdown for customer to review. Daily management of clocking system to confirm that all staff are present and ensure any sickness/absence is covered within the team structure.
  • Daily management of PPE stock and equipment. Ensure the team has all required PPE prior to commencing works. Manage stock to protect min/max quantities and ensure replenishment orders are raised and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Help resolve conflicts with customers through clear documented communication of promises and verbal agreement of closure. Escalation of issues where required to ensure customer relationship is upheld.

Role Requirements

  • Computer literate, including Microsoft office suite.
  • Specifically, Microsoft Excel
  • Effective communicator verbal and written.
  • Efficient with information and data

  • Customer service focused
