Branded Retail Group on the Hunt for a Junior to Mid-Level Merchandiser.

The Team

As the Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for supporting and working closely with the Buyer and Key Stakeholders in planning and stock management across our product ranges and stores.

The merchandiser works to make sure the best product is in the right place, always at the right time. The small close knit team works hand in hand to build commercial, quality product ranges with the best profitability.

The Position

Working closely with the Buyer to plan product ranges for 30+ UK stores.
Budget planning based on range plans
Responsible for stock levels, management, distribution and logistics ensuring all stores are adequately stocked in line with customer demand.
Managing logistics and replenishments from warehouse to store.
Running weekly store and concession sales reporting to ensure Buyer and Key Stakeholders can make critical decisions through the data and insights.
Assisting Buyer on product selection and supplier relationships
Negotiating quantities and delivery timescales
Handling supply/production problems as they arise
Setting stock promotions/price reductions as appropriate
Working with logistics teams to bring in stock from UK and Far East
Providing sales reports to finance teams on a weekly basis

Who we're looking for:

Highly organized and can move at a fast pace
Entrepreneur in spirit, but always with the brand and the business at the top of all decision making
True Team Player
Strong Excel skills and comfort level in working with stock systems
Knowledge and/or background in Footwear, Accessories and/or Health Industries a plus, but not necessary.
Analytic and proactive

Hybrid/Remote/ Some travel required.
