Trainee Paint Sprayer - £12ph - Grantham - Monday to Thursday - 7.00am - 5.15pmASAP - Temp to Perm - Free parking - Bus route - Uniform - 25 days holiday + Stats - overtime opportunity.


Your Trainee Paint sprayer duties include:

  • Set up and operate equipment
  • Set up and adjust coating parameters
  • Load and unload parts into equipment, ensuring even coverage.
  • Monitor parts during coating process for defects or irregularities.
You must be comfortable working in a booth with a full suit and air fed mask.


This role will suit anyone who is interested in starting a career in Engineering with powder coating, shot blasting or paint spraying.
