Avanti Recruitment is currently partnered with a leading software company in the Insurance sector. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
PHP developer to join their team on a fully remote basis. They have a well-established large platformthat is always evolving alongside greenfield projects using.

NET Core, Kubernetes and cloud native computing to get stuck into. The teams work in a well-structured modern Agile environment with sprints and daily stand ups.

This role will allow you to work from home with the option to meet up once a month in Birmingham if you wish.

The main basis of the role is to takeover an existing system written in
PHP, maintain the system initially and then over the course of 6/12 months look to rewrite this system in.

NET with the team.

The company is dominant in its domain working with blue chip companies to provide a bespoke solution to their needs.

With the majority of the company being Developers, this is a technically led business and you will be working alongside other great Developers.

You will have a real say in software decisions in upcoming projects and moving forward.

The company is always pioneering to push forward working with.
Net Core, Microservices, Azure, Kubernetes, Api's and investigating Low-code and Nocode.

Essential skills:

PHP
An interest in working with.

NET

MVC
MySQL

The role is paying up to £55k with a strong benefits package including share options with big growth plans in progress, personal healthcare, monthly contribution to home working costs up to £100 and a bonus scheme.
