    The Role
    This is an office-based position where you'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team.

    You'll handle customer queries, process policy documents, and provide high-quality service — whether it's renewing cover, updating details, or helping customers find the right insurance solutions for their needs.


    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
    Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
    Reviewing customer insurance needs and providing suitable advice
    Preparing and sending renewal documents
    Providing quotes and selling new policies
    Cross-selling additional products and services
    Producing correspondence and maintaining accurate records
    Supporting general office administration

    About You
    We're looking for a self-motivated, friendly, and detail-focused individual who thrives on delivering great service. You'll be confident dealing with customers, a clear communicator, and comfortable using computer systems.

    Ideally, you'll bring:

    • Strong communication skills — in person, on the phone, and in writing
    • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Experience in customer service, sales, or administration
    • Insurance experience (an advantage but not essential)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
