Eames Consulting are currently working with a Tech insurer who are looking for a Claims Handler with experience in the Motor Industry to come and join the team.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for managing own caseload of Credit Hire Claims
Actively demonstrating and promoting the importance of delivering high quality service to their customers.
Be able to work off own initiative and be confident in working without supervision.
Ensure you stay on track by effectively meeting SLA targets and deadlines.
You will develop and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
