Estate Agent Lister

The search is now on for a Lister who is very commission focused since we have what can only be described as an outstanding commission structure not previously seen before:

  • Applications are encouraged from existing Sales Negotiators interested in the next step up the ladder where full training will be provided for valuing and listing properties on to the market.

Personal commission of 20% based on extremely realistic targets. Basic salary £12,000 + £3,000 car allowance with on target earnings of anything between £40,000 and £60,000 and existing staff are currently earning thisYou will receive an initial 3 month salary guarantee of £20,000. Annual discretionary bonus. Workplace pension scheme. Working hours Monday
  • Friday 8.40am 6.00pm with a day off iduring the week, Saturday 9.00am 5.00pm (5 day working week) 28 days holidayincluding Bank Holidays.

Alternatively, if you prefer to be self-employed and can facilitate no basic salary then personal commission would be paid at 50%.
