Keystage Housing is a supported accommodation provider which provides accommodation opportunities for adults who have experienced multiple disadvantages.

Our housing projects include supporting people at risk of rough sleeping, people with experience of the criminal justice system and people with regulated support needs around their mental health.

We work closely with our service users to build on their strengths and deliver support which is trauma informed which always puts individual at the heart of every decision.

Keystage Housing are recruiting Resettlement Coordinators who can demonstrate the skills and values listed below:_

Confident verbal and written communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Familiar with assessment and referrals processes.
Ability to manage and prioritise own workload, work under own initiative and be a team player.
Familiar with risk management planning and committed to safeguarding.
A conscientious professional who can record and report information accurately.
Values working in partnership, working with other professionals, and creating networks of support to coordinate resettlement pathways.
Attending and contributing to professional meetings.
Knowledge of the impact substance misuse
Providing a nonjudgemental, trauma informed and caring approach
Within this role, you will be part of a team delivering high quality support, motivation and guidance to build rapport with Service Users and assist with reconnecting them to support services and moveon pathways with accommodation providers.

You will offer support and guidance with:_

Work with the inreach team for drugs/ alcohol and Mental Health support.
Signposting service users to community support services.
Positive thinking and decision making, including health and wellbeing.
Goal setting and motivating Service Users to achieve personal aspirations, including obtaining training and employment opportunites.
Assessing for housing needs and completing referrals to external agencies.

Salary: £23,000.00 per year (Pro rata)_
