Due to our rapidly increasing workload, we have an immediate requirement for experienced Skilled Labourers and construction workers for extensions and loft conversions.

Our portfolio of domestic building works requires multi skilled operatives to work across multiple domestic conversions and renovations in Yorkshire area.

This includes loft conversions and full property extensions.


Ideal opportunity for a tradesperson with a background in home renovation & construction, with good attention to detail and finish, technical knowledge, customer facing service skills, and being able to work from drawings / plans is a requirement but not essential.

There are opportunities for multi-skilled builders to work on:

  • home extensions
- loft conversions
- opportunity to develop and take on supervisory positions particularly with our intern and apprenticeship programmes
- site management positions of promotions
- upcoming HMO tender, which will be a rolling contract of 3 to 5-bed property conversions within a fixed timeline for completion to high standard


Daily responsibilities will include:
- hands-on working, on one or multiple domestic projects
- ideally with your own tools and vehicle
- planning works including labour and materials
- working to drawings and plans
- working to project deadlines


There is opportunity to develop with the company and provision of company van may be possible dependent on progression and longevity within the company infrastructure.


  • Availability to start immediately
- rolling contract or short term contract opportunities leading to permanent positions.


Starting with a *one to three day trial* at a set trial rate (duration is dependent on skills assessment), prior to agreeing an ongoing fixed day rate according to your level of expertise as determined by the trial.

Four and five-day working weeks available to accommodate different pay levels. Multi-skilled or specialist tradespeople or small teams covering varied skill sets, specialist trades are welcome to apply.


This is an opportunity to grow within a Facilities Management & home renovations company that is rapidly expanding throughout the UK, with opportunities to travel.

Professional quality work with a rapid turnaround is a must from all tradespeople and completion required on each project. High commissions are available for any leads or works brought to the Company.

We have various entry levels and there is opportunity for career development within CCS.


What We Require:

  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred with own vehicle (minor violations accepted)
  • Evidence of works including photos, videos or references as applicable.
  • The ability to interact with the rest of the team and display professionalism at all times.
  • Attention to detail to ensure works are completed on time and in line with company standards.
  • Dedication and commitment to a fast paced, dynamic role.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
