Senior Commercial Interior Designer/Team Leader, West Midlands, £40k+ + Bonus

Capable of leading interior design project teams and providing advice, guidance, and direction to all members of the design team at a project level.
Experienced construction design abilities sufficient to handle entire commercial interior projects.
Knowledge of product and material specifications and an excellent understanding of current building regulations.
Responsible and willing to take ownership of the successful delivery of projects.
Confident communicator both verbally and in writing.
Creative decisionmaking skills and leadership in directing the concept solutions.
Familiar with the hospitality and retail sectors, and best practice guidance in these industries.
Willing to work as part of a team.
Able to use AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Office.
Skills must include exemplary time management and organised administration.

Salary negotiable (£40k+) plus bonus.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, predominantly studio based but will require site visits as necessary - the client will also consider flexible days working from home.

Job title can be negotiated as can salary depending on the level of experience, they are also very much open to offering a position of Associate Director if that is an enticing reason to join them.

You must be UK based and live within a commutable distance of the where the position is located. Sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
