MIDLAND ROCK - SALES COORDINATOR

If you would like to work for a successful, family owned and run, business then we have a rare opportunity to join a friendly, proud and hardworking team in our busy Sales Office._

The Role

You'll be responsible for responding to inbound and outbound calls to both customers, site managers, dealing with queries, providing prices and to promote sales of the products.

Previous experience in a sales officebased position
Good IT skills
Proactive and positive attitude
Ability to work as part of a team
Good organisational and time management skills
Background in the construction or aggregate industry would be beneficial

Monday

Friday

Key Tasks

Dealing with a range of customer enquiries
Negotiating prices and order taking
Carry out data entry and reporting
System management tasks on sales IT system

The Person

You will need to have a confident telephone manner, good IT and organisational skills, be able to prioritise and have a calm approach during busy periods.

Working on your own as well as being part of the team is critical. You will work with the 2 external sales people, transport planner and administration staff. Bringing value to a close knit, hardworking team.

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
