As we strive for excellence, we are seeking a talented individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative to cover maternity leave.

Position:

Customer Service Representative (Maternity Leave Cover)

Location:

Leith, Edinburgh, Scotland

Schedule:

Part-time: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (9-4)

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and information about our tours.
Assist with bookings, ticket sales, and reservations accurately and efficiently using our booking system.
Assist with administrative tasks such as responding to customer reviews, training the online chat bot, and arrange driver accommodation.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively promoting our tours and services.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
Enthusiasm for tourism and a passion for delivering memorable experiences to customers.
Available to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with occasional weekend availability as needed.
