    Role Overview:

    • Location: Hybrid – commutable to Liverpool HQ
    • Package: £35,000 + benefits + bonus
    • Industry: Technology / Managed Services

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day admin, reporting, scheduling, and documentation
    • Preparing and formatting proposals, contracts, and presentations
    • Keeping CRM and sales data accurate and up to date
    • Handling client queries and providing support with a smile
    • Liaising across departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
    • Tracking orders, monitoring project progress, and flagging issues
    • Helping drive sales initiatives and strategy with timely input and insights
    • Creating regular reports for senior leadership
    • Keeping everything organised, digitally and on paper

    Main Skills Needed:

    • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
    • Strong attention to detail, especially when juggling tasks
    • Customer-first mindset and a collaborative approach
