Keen to appoint someone as an Office Manager, this role would be ideal for someone who has had experience in a managerial role and is lookingfor a new opportunity.
The role:
The role of Office Manager would be reporting into the Operations Director.
The role will include many different duties and responsibilities such as:
- Manage the day to day running of a small but busy office.
- Manage the overall operational logistics for multiple sites.
- Screen, Interview, manage and train incoming staff.
- Line manage two Regional Managers.
- Create monthly forecasts of costs per centre.
- First point of contact for customer complaints
- Liaise with Centre Management staff.
- Liaise with RM's to complete appraisals and references.
- Liaise with the Recruitment team to assist with staffing issues.
- Manage third party relations with suppliers.
- Ensure KPI's are being met by each member of the Operations Team.
What you need to be successful:
- Previous Management experience.
- Competent in setting budgets and controlling costs.
- Ability to lead and manage a large team.
- Proficient time management skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Quick learner.
- Willing to be flexible when needed.
What you will receive in return:
Hybrid working is available, and the organisation operate 9am to 5:30pm with one hour for lunch. They do require someone who would be flexible as there will be weekend work required over the summer period.
