A wonderful company which started off as a small family business and has now become a global player in their field.

Keen to appoint someone as an Office Manager, this role would be ideal for someone who has had experience in a managerial role and is lookingfor a new opportunity.


The role:

The role of Office Manager would be reporting into the Operations Director.

The role will include many different duties and responsibilities such as:


  • Manage the day to day running of a small but busy office.
  • Manage the overall operational logistics for multiple sites.
  • Screen, Interview, manage and train incoming staff.
  • Line manage two Regional Managers.
  • Create monthly forecasts of costs per centre.
  • First point of contact for customer complaints
  • Liaise with Centre Management staff.
  • Liaise with RM's to complete appraisals and references.
  • Liaise with the Recruitment team to assist with staffing issues.
  • Manage third party relations with suppliers.
  • Ensure KPI's are being met by each member of the Operations Team.

What you need to be successful:

  • Previous Management experience.
  • Competent in setting budgets and controlling costs.
  • Ability to lead and manage a large team.
  • Proficient time management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Quick learner.
  • Willing to be flexible when needed.

What you will receive in return:
Hybrid working is available, and the organisation operate 9am to 5:30pm with one hour for lunch. They do require someone who would be flexible as there will be weekend work required over the summer period.
