Atkinson Moss are proud to be supporting a fantastic business near Colton in their search for a Fixed-Term Purchase Ledger Assistant.

This position is a 6-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

Supporting the existing team, the successful individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Ensure statements are received from all key suppliers and ensure these are reconciled monthly
  • Ensure statements received from other suppliers are reconciled fully
  • Ensure and demonstrate visual checks are made on ledger entries
  • Ensure all year end reconciliations are available for annual audit and deal with any queries from auditors visit
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required

Key Skills:

  • Experience working within a purchase ledger environment
  • Strong attention to detail


In return, the client offers free onsite parking, a fantastic basic salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience and hybrid working.
