Quality Assurance Technician

£24,150 per annum

Key Responsibilities:


  • Generating monthly Quality management review reports & meeting minutes
  • Internal audits factory & laboratory audits, including annual systems audits
  • Reviewing raw material specifications, including annual reviews
  • Helping to prepare customerfinished product specifications
  • Annual updates to quality procedures where/when required
  • Supporting the implementation of a new Quality Management System
  • Customer complaints investigating and following up on customer complaints


  • Consumer complaints

  • Trend analysis
  • Be methodical, with meticulous attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Be happy working on their own as well as within a team
  • Have the ability to challenge, and see things through
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to communicate to all levels in the business
  • Be computer literate
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment would be useful but not essential, as full training would be provided
