Description

Advance Tool Hire is a plant hire & sales company and is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to fill the post ASAP.


The job includes maintaining the sales & purchase ledgers, generating statements, expediting payments, bank account reconciliation, visa card reconciliation, running the payroll, producing quarterly VAT returns, producing Monthly management reports and liaising with the company accountant to produce the year end accounts and general office work.

A good working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts & Payroll is essential

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is also required

Be able to work on your own initiative and liaising with the company director on a daily basis


GOOD RATES OF PAY

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 21 per week


Salary:
£16,265.71-£24,127.38 per year
