This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable people to join our highly engaged team.
Your Housing Group are working in partnership with Riverside and Jigsaw Support to deliver our Springboard partnership and eventually provide 230 units of supported accommodation across the borough.
As a Project Officer you will play a key role in supporting residents to help them achieve their goals, develop independent living and life skills and you will build excellent relationships with residents, colleagues and professionals from external agencies.
A flexible and enthusiastic approach is essential within the team whilst ensuring that the highest standard of service is provided at all times.
The Project Officers Work both 7 & 11 hour shifts on a 3 week rolling rota between 8am and 8pm, including weekends and Bank holidays and you will be expected to manage your caseload within these times.
The role will also involve travelling across the borough to support and manage a caseload in their individual home environment as well as within our staffed scheme.
In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.

This role is eligible for a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (i.e. it involves certain activities in relation to children and/or adults) and is defined as regulated activity under Part 1 of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006. Therefore, a DBSENHANCED check for a regulated activity is an essential requirement.
