No two days will be the same as you will be tasked with inspections across a wide range of sites, but generally, your responsibilities will include:

  • Attending initial and recurring project meetings with the Client and relevant Rund project team, to develop a full understanding of the project specification and Employer's Requirements
  • Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure the works meet the drawings and specification
  • Completing and distributing the Rund Site Inspection Report, Progress Report, and Quality Control Sheet
  • Providing progress photographs
  • Attending site meetings when requested and providing verbal reports for the Client and Rund project team
  • Assisting in carrying out and preparing snagging and desnagging sheets
  • Assisting in the handover procedure

You will be joining an established and friendly team based out of our central London office, with surveying experience ranging from Director to junior level.

You will have the potential to grow, as we offer strong training schemes with hopes to get the right individual fully qualified in their field.

This will be part of a long-term development plan, tailored to your personal training needs and career aspirations.

Opportunities for development and role diversification are regularly reviewed on a bi-annual basis to ensure your career goals are on track, and we place a strong emphasis on "growing our own talent" - so opportunities for progression are bountiful.

We offer a competitive salary, with great benefits including a pension scheme, relevant professional membership fees paid, personal development, and CPD training courses.

Additional benefits, as you progress your career with Rund, include private healthcare and death-in-service benefit.
