Are you looking for a stable career within the Food Manufacturing industry? Are you a creative thinker, with an eye for detail?


We are working with a leading Food Manufacturer in Leeming Bar looking to add a Graduate to their New Product Development team, creating new concepts for the industry.


Within the position you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Manufacture of concept samples
  • Generation of new production ideas
  • Create Concepts in the Kitchen and Pilot Plant
  • Artwork approval
  • Manage, attend and closeout trials and pilot plant trials as required
  • Ensure all samples sent are done so at minimum cost and arriving on time and in good condition
  • Ensure Customer policies are updated and adhered to during product development

To be considered for the position you must meet some, if not all of the following criteria:

  • Hold a degree in a food Science or technical / quality related discipline
  • Have a genuine passion for the Food industry
  • Be technically focused and highly motivated
  • Be able to display excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Graduate, Permanent


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Leeming Bar,

North Yorkshire:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
