Job Introduction Reporting to the Health and Safety Officer you will be supporting the delivery of H&S compliance across all premises of the Vita Health Group estates portfolio.

Working directly with the central Facilities department to ensure the Health and Safety management system is being monitored appropriately using the Plan Do Check Act methodology.

You'll ensure The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all subsequent regulations are adhered to including the management of Health and Safety at Work regulations, The Workplace regulations, Display Screen Equipment, Manual Handling, Electrical, Fire, the provision and Use of Work Equipment regulations.


Skills and Experience:


Essential:


  • General experience of Health and Safety
  • Report writing, good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work.

Desirable:


  • Working in a multisite environment
  • Working in a Healthcare environment
