Panoramic Care are working with an established care provider that are looking for a domiciliary care co-ordinator to oversee 3 locations within the Essex area.


The Care Co-ordinator will be responsible for the management and coordination of the care team to ensure provision of services to the community the client supports.

You will also be the first point of contact for day-to-day operational requirements of the care team and the individuals the client supports in their locations.


Essential:


  • Experience within health & social care
  • Driving License
  • Experience in a domiciliary care setting.

Preferred:


  • Experience in a Senior care role
  • NVQ Level 3 (or working towards/willing to work towards)
