The role
This role is in the Employee Relations Team which enables and supports the HR Business Partners and Operational Line Managers within Supply (Scotland, England and Northern Ireland) in the delivery of their business objectives.
To support the business to maintain a healthy and productive Employee Relations (ER) Climate by providing a professional service to Line Managers, HR Business Partners, Senior Stakeholders in all aspects of Individual ER Case Management, Absence Management (working closely with Occupational Health), Performance Management, ER Change Management and ER Capability building for Scotland, England and Northern Ireland.
- Previous experience of ER case management either as an HR professional or as an experienced people manager
- Experience of managing project work
- Comfortable working with IS systems
- Role base is flexible but covers sites across Scotland. In addition to the use of Zoom etc there may be a requirement to travel up to handle ER cases that are not at your base location. Inability to be flexible with your working hours as from time to time this role will be expected to conduct ER hearings on other shifts
