Background / previous experience

  • Previously worked in an ecommerce department ideally as an Ecommerce manager
  • Retail background experience
  • Experience of working in a B2C / D2C role
  • Track record of increasing revenue through ecommerce

Responsibilities:


  • Maximise sales, revenue and increase AOV through the website
  • Act as our internal lead on all products/merchandising and pricing
  • Drive website content and photography requirements across all product and core website pages
  • Improve and optimise the website UX + CX journeys across all devices
  • Create and drive the traffic and digital marketing plan across all channels to maximise revenue targets
  • Ensure the website and products are optimised and present online across owned, earned and paid channels:
  • Earned: Social, PR
  • Paid: PPC, retargeting, paid social, shopping environments
  • Own forecasting and reporting against agreed business objectives including web traffic, sales, conversion rate, revenue and AOV
  • Report into the Head of digital and manage other key stakeholders including the Marketing Director and Head of Marcomms
  • Analytics reporting on website and product performance and create dashboarding on ongoing performance
  • Manage relationships with Shopify and other existing/providers and agencies
