Customer Contact Strategy Data Scientist to join their team.

The role of the Scientist is to help build and enhance the Omni Channel Contact Strategies by recommending strategy improvements and optimisation for customer journeys across.
The role will be required to work with the analytics team to extract informationfrom various data sources, use data analysis techniques to identify areas of opportunity and then implement new strategies to offer customers an improved customer journey.
As a Data Scientist, you will develop and maintain contact strategies reflecting business requirements considering business processes, systems architecture, and regulatory requirement (collections / sales / customer service).
Specific responsibilities:
- Driving forward multichannel contact strategies that deliver enhanced value monitoring and analysing the performance of current strategies providing understanding on performance and recommendations for improvements (customer satisfaction, return on investmentand efficiency).
- Ensuring that dialler performance is maximised and potential efficiencies are highlighted
- Benchmark, review and improve live strategies
- Work closely with the business to identify issues and use data to propose solutions for effective decision making
- Build algorithms and design experiments to merge, manage, interrogate, and extract data
- Use machine learning tools and statistical techniques to produce solutions to problems
- Test data mining models to select the most appropriate ones for use on a project
- Understand Activity based costing to establish a "strategy cost".
- Support different Business areas with the implementation of new processes within their area.
- Create Visio Workflows to demonstrate how accounts flow through the contact strategies and work with development team to code and deploy.
- Complete quality control checks to ensure accounts move through the Workflow correctly, identifying and eliminating any potential 'black holes'.
