TSR are currently searching for a sales and marketing administrator for a quality led Affordable Housing Developer, based in London.

The role will offer hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home so this a great opportunity for an individualin the area looking for a local opportunity.

We are looking for a passionate individual who is organised, self -motivated and can multi -task and work under pressure.


Duties:


  • Support the Sales and Marketing team on all activities relating to development of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Working with the Sales & Marketing Director and Manager to collate data for meetings.
  • Responsible for elements of the sales customer journey relating to purchaser communications.
  • Undertake meeting minutes where required.
  • Lead daytoday website content updates.
  • Work with our internal systems; CRM, web site, portals.
  • Responsible for filing (electronically) all information in relation to plot sales and ensuring that data is stored to GDPR and auditable standards.
  • Updating various reports on sales activity.
  • Assist sales department as required with events and launches.
  • A-Level or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in shared ownership products (understanding of tenure/regulation/compliance)
  • Must be organised, self motivated and can multi task and work under pressure.
  • Able to prioritise workload and work on their own initiative.
  • Be aware of the importance of keeping accurate updated records/data.
