Our client is looking to add a dynamic and experienced Head of Client Services to their successful, friendly, and supportive team.
The Head of Client Services is a trusted qualified HR professional who has strong business management skills.
This individual is responsible for overseeing client accounts, leading, and mentoring the HR team and driving organic and new business growth, while maintaining overall client satisfaction and collaborating with the team to deliver the highest quality work.
This role will be an integral part of the company, working closely with the Directors to achieve the strategic goals and priorities.
Your main Duties will include:
- Working with clients to uncover the HR needs and objectives, building positive relationships and identify solutions to help our clients achieve their goals and to build top line revenue.
- Ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded and performance managing the team where necessary.
- Manages the HR team to support the delivery of top line revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- To contribute to the process to win new business.
- Allocating and distributing work to the right team member to ensure client service level agreements are met and within specified deadlines.
- Assessing team capacity and ensuring this is maximised, whilst ensuring staff wellbeing is maintained.
- Maintains a highperformance environment where staff feel challenged, valued, and treated fairly.
- Producing monthly reports to show progress against business objectives and other management issues as identified by the Directors.
- Bringing to the Director's attention any new opportunities, ideas or suggestions that will aid in the progress towards the Company vision.

- CIPD qualification Level 7 (required)
- Proven ability to reach targets Team Management HR Consultancy
- Ability to reach targets HR Master's Degree (Desirable)
- ILM Leadership (desirable)
We are looking for a person who can compile and present reports to Directors, who can identify and act on new areas for growth.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
