Valuation Surveyor - Associate Director (Trading/Alternatives)

London

£60k-£75k base
My client is seeking an Associate Director in their Alternatives team to be involved in Trading Valuations.


With 32 regional offices, my client has a great outreach with regional and national clients, being able to support with trading valuations across healthcare, education, hospitality and leisure.


My client is seeking a RICS chartered surveyor, with experience of trading valuation to come on board and develop and progress both the team and career.

There is a real focus on autonomy and entrepreneurship and someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

London Valuation Experience:
Solid experience in conducting valuations across the London/South East region is essential.

Your familiarity with the local market dynamics will enable you to deliver exceptional results to the diverse range of clients.
