Hills Road Sixth Form College is looking for a well organised and empathetic individual who has experience of administration and working with young people to join our Student Services Team, as the Student Services Receptionist. The focus of the team is on student support, working alongside the College's Guidance Team to promote and encourage student wellbeing. The successful applicant will be responsible for the holistic operational support for approximately one quarter of the student body and for the effective delivery of first response information.
This role would suit you if you enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment.

The ability to react calmly in pressure situations; to prioritise effectively and to communicate effectively with students, staff and parents will be key.
