CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITION | SALARY DOE

WE ARE PMB, Part of Colloids and the Tosaf Group

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a regular and effective telesales service to specified groups of customers.
  • Undertake prospect calling and diary management calls on behalf of Sales Director & Sales Team.
  • Follow up 'approved' & 'unresolved' colour matches and seek to convert to order status.
  • Implement the PMB direct marketing programme as agreed with the Sales Director
  • Support the Sales Director in the provision commercial information and colour match despatch.
  • Take actions that will contribute to personal training & development.
  • Proactive monitoring of Customer buying patterns.

REQUIREMENTS/ KEY SKILLS

  • Telesales experience
  • Lead generation experience
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure Communication, written and verbal.
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
  • IT, including MS Word, Excel.
  • Experienced user of ERP systems such as SAP, Priority etc.
  • Numeracy & Literacy.
  • Commercial acumen.
