The Change Manager will be a part of a dynamic team, managing value and executing the change strategy by delivering change initiatives across the business.

- Support Senior Stakeholders in the delivery of their transformation portfolios
- Focus on the successful delivery of projects with the strategic outcomes in mind
- Plan, prioritise and schedule project deliverable
- Identify and manage the project requirements
- Work with budgets and deliver within distinct deadlines
- Identify and eliminate impediments
- Analyse existing and past projects to draw insights and improve processes
- Collaborate with team and other stakeholders across the business
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders
Experience:
- London market experience is highly favourable
- Endtoend Change Project Management experience
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
- Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
- Ability to work as part of a team
