We provide support to the NHS breast screening units across England and Northern Ireland.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensuring the successful delivery of NBSS Training Service from a Contractual, and Delivery Excellence Point of view.
  • Deliver training materials in person, both virtually and in written format and also via the creation and recording of training videos.
  • Confident leading virtual meetings and discussing actions and challenges with senior stakeholders.
  • Delivering training to deadline and at pace.
  • Supporting Incident & Service Request resolution with Clients and End Users, ensuring that the ticket is correctly categorised and has sufficient information to progress.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure excellent, customer service, relationship building and communication at all levels.
  • Dealing with complex functional
- issues.


What you bring to the team

  • Experience of working in Breast Screening (or alternative Cancer Screening) Operations environment
  • NBSS Application Knowledge / Experience working in a NHS Breast Screening Unit very desirable.
  • Be highly organised and able to assert ownership over the training projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, happy to present to end users, clients and senior management.

Desirable:


  • Understanding of ITIL and Service Support / Delivery processes
  • Able to clarify incidents & Service Requests with clients and end users, ensuring that the ticket is
